Dr. Janusz Kalinowski, Obstetrician-Gynecologist and long-time resident of Dallas, died at his home on June 9, 2015. After a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer, he left in peace, surrounded by family members.
He is survived by his mother Wanda, his wife Massuma, his two children, Anissa and Joseph, and his granddaughter, Ailsa.
In addition to bringing thousands of new babies into the world as an obstetrician, Janusz was an accomplished woodworker, fly-fisherman, chef, and skiing enthusiast.
A service to commemorate his life will be held at Sparkman-Hillcrest on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
