Hubert Lowe Mabry was born November 10, 1939, to the parentage of Hubert and Helen Mabry. He attended school in Dallas, Texas, at James Madison High School. He served his country in the United States Air Force from 1963 to 1967. He made his career at LTV, where he remained a faithful employee for 35 years until he retired in August of 2002. In December of 1967, he married the love of his life, LaFaye Bromsey, and to this union, two children were born, Blake Lowe Mabry and LaShay Mabry. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. At an early age, Hubert accepted Jesus Christ into his heart. Hubert was a fun loving man, who enjoyed playing golf, watching his Dallas Cowboys, and going on family vacations. He was a very caring and loving person who invested in the lives of many. Hubert is preceded in death by one son, Brent L. Buford, and grandson, Derrick. He leaves his memories of love to his wife, LaFaye Mabry; children, Rhodell Buford, Blake L. Mabry and LaShay Mabry (Blake Stovall); seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Mae Helen Wortham (Jesse); brothers-in-law, Autry Bromsey, Johnny Bromsey, and Horatio Hill, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Addie Salters, Billy Turner, Rita Davis, and Shariyun Holmes; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives; special daughter, Debbie Rose, and special granddaughter, Jasmon Morrow.
