Hilda Estelle Webb, 89, passed away on January 22, 2020 in Dallas, Texas. She was born on May 15, 1930 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to her loving parents, Amanda Marie Walters and William Chester Walters. Estelle was raised in Ovett, Mississippi where she made many childhood memories and graduated from Whitfield High School in 1949. She married the love of her life, Richard Myron Webb, on August 11, 1966, and together they raised two wonderful children. Estelle enjoyed a successful career as a bookkeeper for East Texas Motor Freight where she worked for a number a years. In her spare time, Estelle was happiest spending time with her family, talking on the phone with her sisters for hours, antique shopping, traveling when she was younger, reading her daily newspaper, and most of all, spending quality time with her granddaughter Molly Grace Webb, who she loved and adored more than anything in this world. Estelle’s family and friends will always remember her as a strong-willed but loving mother, sister, friend, Aunt, and the best grandmother (aka Momo) anyone could ever ask for. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Myron Webb; mother and father, Amanda and Chester Walters; her sisters, Merle Singer, Margaret CozartMarie York and Beatrice Smith; and brothers Cecil Walters, Marcus Walters, and Jerry Walters. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Myron Keith Webb and his wife Laura Webb; daughter Kimberly Estelle Webb; granddaughter Molly Grace Webb; sister Geneva Cantrell; brothers Gleason Walters, Jessie Walters, and Doug Walters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Estelle was a strong woman who instilled that in her children. Her love for her family and siblings was bigger than life itself. She will be forever missed by all of her loved ones, children, and beloved grandchild.
