She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Donald B. Fielding; son, Ron Fielding and his wife Barbara Fielding; daughter, Linda Koop and her husband Myron Koop; son, Don Fielding and his wife Debbie Fielding; son, Paul Fielding and his partner Michael Marcus; grandchildren, Ron Fielding Jr., Christopher Fielding, Jennifer Fielding Livings, Jason Koop, Jonathan Koop, Donnie Fielding, Garrett Fielding and great-grandchildren, Madeline Fielding, Ryan Mullins, Keland Brown.
After graduating from Crozier Tech High School, she attended TCU. Ginny founded the Dallas Chapter of the Children's Asthma Research Institute and Hospital (CARIH). She was active in the Temple Emanu-El Sisterhood for 50 years, as well as numerous PTAs and other charitable organizations.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 2, 2013 at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ron Fielding Jr., Christopher Fielding, Jason Koop, Jonathan Koop, Garrett Fielding and Donnie Fielding.
