Mr. Federico (Fred) Lugo, transitioned from his earthly life to his heavenly home on January 22, 2019 at Methodist Central Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He was born in Charcas, S.L.P Mexico on April 6, 1928. The son of the late Jose Lugo and Dionicia Gaytan Lugo.
He was raised and baptized in Charcas and attended schools there.
Fred came to the United States at the age of 18 years. He worked a few factory and construction jobs until 1958. He met and married Edubigen Fuentes in 1960. They were blessed with one daughter Theresa Lugo. He worked for Dallas Power & Light for 31 years and retired in 1987. He still kept busy with his janitorial business until 2014.
Proceded in death by his younger brother Jose Lugo Jr. and Two sisters Luce and Julia.
He leaves to cherish his memories: His devoted daughter Theresa Copeland(Ostby) and three grandchildren, Reginald Jackson Jr. (Jamequa) grandson Carter their son. Franchiesca Copeland(John) grandson Kashen their son, and Nickolas Copeland who was a special caregiver for his grandfather.
