Mrs. Eura K Mason

Eura Katherine Bradley Mason, 96 years old, received her crown in heaven on September 26, 2022, with her family by her side. She was born December 21, 1925, in Pine, Texas to Willie and Nancy Bradley. She moved to Dallas when she was 5 years old and later graduated from Crozier Tech High School.

On August 24, 1946, Eura married the love of her life, Jiles Douglas Mason. Together they made a family, built a business, led hymns at their church, and traveled the world with friends exploring new and exciting places.

Eura was a bookkeeper for over 30 years for several banks and car dealerships. She was known as Mamaw to her family but also to so many that she loved as her own and welcomed them in as family. Mamaw loved Jesus, her family, playing cards and dominos and she loved her Dallas Cowboys.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her three children, Sandra Armstrong, Becki Lopez and husband Robert Lopez, and Ricky Mason. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Sherry and Art Garcia, Carey Blubaugh, Crystal and Ben Weiss, Nancy and Josh Weiss, Joanna Lopez, Chad and Kelly Mason, and Chase and Melinda Mason. As well as 18 great grandchildren, Justin Blubaugh, Shaley, Gabriel, Daniel, Samuel, and Arica Garcia, Whitney, Justus and Amanda, Jonathan, Timothy, Elijah, Isaac, and Gabriella Weiss, Bella Garcia, Miles, Brennan, and Maverick Mason. She had one great, great grandchild Anthony Alvarez and many nieces and nephews.

Eura was preceded in death by her parents Willie and Nancy Bradley, her husband Jiles Douglas Mason, her son-in-law Matt Armstrong, and her siblings Willie Mae Jones and Marlon Wayne Bradley.

Her celebration of life will be held at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 S R L Thornton Fwy, Dallas, Texas on Monday October 10 at 10am. Visitation will be at Laurel land on Sunday, October 9 from 2pm to 4pm.
