Don as the oldest of the 3 of us you were always the jokester always pulling a joke or prank on someone the same way Dad always did. I have picked up my phone a 100 times to see if you have called or text me in the pasted 2 weeks. I now know that you were sicker than you let anyone know.  It hurts so bad knowing that we will never hear from you or see you again until it is our time to go be with the Lord so until then I will think of all the good times we had growing up all the fun times with what family that we got to see every now and then. Love you so much. Janet your favorite sister.


We are so saddened by your loss and offer our deepest condolences.  Don's humor and love were obvious and we know he will be sorely missed.  Much love and peace to the Draper family and friends.

I am very sad to learn that Donald has passed on.  He was a dear friend who walked me home from school and always made me laugh.  He always insisted on carrying my books.  We worked together in high school and he was a true gentleman.  I will never forget him.  God bless his family.

Our sincere heartfelt sympathy to Ruth, William, and Elizabeth on the passing of their Dad. Will always remember the fun family gatherings we had over the years. He always loved to talk about planes, and it was his passion. You may be gone from this life as we know it Don, but you will live on in our hearts forever.

When I met Don in high school, he expressed the desire to see the world and have a family. I always admired the fact that he accomplished both. Don had an intelligent, curious mind and he enjoyed a good conversation.  He was in awe of all forces of nature and was easily entertained by children and animals. I will always think of him during a thunderstorm and when I hear the music that moved him. May God's love comfort all who will miss him.

Don is a "Oak Cliff" brother and we shared many a story and laughs about the the old days in Oak Cliff! We pondered how many time our paths had crossed at the gathering places we as teenagers would all frequent. 
Don had a great since of humor and a whole lot of stories! We could sit for hours and laugh about all the good times we had experienced as kids. Don was a good friend and colleague. This world is at a loss without Don in it.

Only known him for about a year working with Mesa. Man of few words always witty. Smart man he knew his stuff and also willing to share his knowledge with you if you asked him. Good man and Mr. Draper I will see you when I see you. Rest in peace. 

Now who will call me at 9pm on Friday nights to go to Waffle House? I love you more than you could ever know.

My deepest condolences. I have worked with Don since 2017 when I hired him at our company. Since then, Don was a joy to work with and a great inspector.  He often will talk about how the industry used to be back in his days and how he enjoyed working in the aviation industry. He was very knowledgeable and was good at what he did. 

We will all miss you Don..
