Dolores Lorraine Williams

Dolores Lorraine Williams passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at the age of 79 in Forney, Texas. She was born on Tuesday, December 10, 1940 in Dallas, Texas to Doris and Alsace Jackson. Dolores was raised in Lakewood Estates in Dallas and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1957. Dolores married her High School sweetheart, Rayford Williams, the same year, and together they raised two children. She worked as a financial accounts receivable analyst at Dr. Pepper/Seven up where she worked for more than 15 years. Dolores enjoyed spending time with friends and family, throwing parties for Halloween and other special occasions, and watching her grandson, Danny, play baseball. She was an excellent entertainer and loved that everyone would call her Mom or Nana. Dolores will always be remembered as a great hugger, who always encouraged giving and getting hugs. Nana was the life of the party and will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Dolores is preceded in death by her husband Rayford Williams, son Randy Williams, and parents Doris and Alsace Jackson.

She is survived by daughter Deanna Petter, grandchildren Danny Petter, Bryan Williams, Ricky Williams, and Kristie Price, great-grandchildren Tyler Williams, Skyler Price, Katie Price, Kayla Faulkinberry, Kerstin Perkins, Hailey Williams, and Dylan Williams, great-great-granddaughter Blakley Faulkinberry, sisters Sherry Ricamore, and Beverly Smith.
