Debby Ann Debby Ann Hooper, age 54 of Trophy Club, passed away on December 26, 2014 after a courageous battle with melanoma. She is survived by her husband Chris Hooper, children Jamie Hooper, Nicholas Hooper and Jared Dean, mother Phyllis Terrell and step father Bob Terrell, sister Judy Richards (Greg), brothers Rick Gola (Judy) and Bobby Gola.
