Debbie was born November 2, 1954 in Dallas, and passed away July 8, 2016 in Hutchins.
She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Tex Ainsworth; daughter, Rachel Gilbert; grandson, Brady Allen; step-son, Bryant Ainsworth and family; step-daughter, Melissa Baca and family; brother, Henry Clifton Green, Jr.; sister, Linda Chantaca; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 14, 5 to 8pm, and Funeral Services will be Friday, July 15 at 11:00am, all at Grove Hill Funeral Home.
