David G. Gomez

David Gomez, 62, was born in Dallas, TX on September 19, 1952 to Jesse Gomez and Ester Gomez. He passed away in Dallas, TX on April 1, 2015. David lived his life to the fullest and had unimaginable number of friends. One of David’s favorite hobbies included working on cars while listening to his favorite oldies and cracking open a cold one. David proudly served his country as a Marine. He is survived by his loving wife, Irene Gomez; daughters, Mary Lou Navarro, Michelle Alejandro (husband Louie), Angelina Gomez, Jacklyn Gomez; son David A. Gomez; grandchildren, Gabriel Martinez (wife Yvette), Ashely Andrade (husband Ernest), Briana Bocanegra, Bianca Castañeda (husband Eddie), Amberly Salazar (husband Ezekiel), David Gomez, Jr, Dylan Gomez, Benjamin Navarro; great-grandchildren ,Savannah Rodriguez, King David Martinez, Scarlett Ontiveros, Mila Martinez, Naomi, Claudia , Malorie, Ezekiel Jr, and Roman Salazar, Adriel and Evelyn Castañeda; sisters, Rosa Silva (husband Johnny), Consuelo Avina and Mary Alice Castillo (husband Jesse). He joins his mother, father, 9 siblings and great-granddaughter, Eternity Giselle Osorio to be with the Lord. Services will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Visitation held on April 7, 2015 between 5PM-8PM with a Time of Remembarance at 6PM. Funeral Service on April 8, 2015 at 12PM. Interment at the DFW Cemetery at 2:15PM with a reception to follow at the Gomez Residence.
