Born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, on May 9, 1952, Dana was raised in Dallas, Texas. Beautiful, confident and outgoing, Dana made friends easily from a young age. As an adult, Dana found excitement and humor in everything, with her boisterous laugh immediately identifiable to all who knew her. Throughout her life, Dana was distinctively passionate, interested in others, and had an artist’s eye for beauty. Her greatest love was for her family, especially her two sons Hunter and Hill and her husband Ray, whom she affectionately referred to as her “three boys.”
Dana was preceded in death by her loving parents Karla and Liener Temerlin. She is survived by her adoring husband of 15 years, Ray Krebs, with whom she shares an unbroken bond; her sons Hunter and Hill, in whom she took great pride; her sister Lisa Temerlin Gottesman (Sandy); her nephews Grant Gottesman (Carrie) and Blake Gottesman; and her niece Cary Johl (Brad).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dana’s honor may be made to Temple Emanu-El of Dallas, Texas, Rabbi Discretionary Fund, International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
