Clifford "C.G." Grady Chapman Jr.

Clifford Grady Chapman Jr. born December 29,1934 was a lifelong resident of Dallas and Garland TX. He left this earthly home June 29, 2022. Clifford was proud Marine Sgt. Serving in the Korean War. For decades he led Chapman Electric Co., a family enterprise founded by his father in 1935 and continued by his sons James and Chris. Clifford enjoyed nature and was an enthusiastic fisherman. He was a teacher of skills and a wisher of happiness to all. In turn, he was loved dearly by his beloved wife of 50 years Diana, his former spouse Sondra, his grateful sons Clifford III, James, Chris and Matt, eight grandchildren whom he charmed, six great grandchildren whom he mesmerized, his beloved brother Dan and wife Vickie, his dearest friends Jerry and Mary Taylor and countless others who relished his company. Clifford lives on in our hearts and in innumerable stories that have grown and will continue to grow in scope and scale, as is with any good fisherman, with each and every retelling.

A funeral service for C.G. will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A committal service will occur Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A visitation will occur Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228.
