Clara Ruth Greer passed away at the age of 99 on July 4, 2020 in Forney, Texas. She was born September 24, 1920 in Hopkins County, Texas to Roland and Essie Bonds. Ruth was raised in Pickton, Texas and she went on to marry Cleo Roosevelt Greer. Together they had 2 children and Clara worked hard as a loving housewife and homemaker. In her spare time, Clara enjoyed talking on the phone with friends and family, and spending days in her yard and flower garden. Friends and family will remember Clara as a loving Mother, Grandmother and Big Momma. She is preceded in death by her husband Cleo Greer, and her daughter Sharon Greer. Clara is survived by her son Donald Lynn Greer and his wife Nancy; Grandchildren Tammy Ryan and husband Robby, Tracy Tamez and Husband Jesse, and Todd Fuller and his wife Ginger; Great Grandchildren, Katelyn Tamez, Ashlee Ryan, and Cameron Tamez; Niece Carolyn Bridges and husband Roy; Nephew, Gary Williamson and wife Laquita; as well as many loving friends and extended family.
