Caroline Cinatl, 99, was born in Chicago on April 17, 1912 and died August 9, 2011 surrounded by family. Caroline married Frank J. Cinatl, II in June 1934 and they moved to Dallas in 1939. Her experience during the depression made her tough and prudent, except when it involved her family when she would do anything possible to help, particularly her grandchildren. One of her personal enjoyments was the Dallas Mavericks. As a longtime fan she was fondly known as the Dallas Maverick's "Towel Lady" for her participation in Ladies Hoop Shoot Night. Caroline is preceded in death by her husband and four sisters. She is survived by her son, Frank Cinatl, III, her grandchildren, Cynthia, Cathy, Carrie, Frank, IV (Stacy), Cecilia (Ron), eight great-grandchildren, brother and sister as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of your choice. Visitation is 6:00-8:00 pm Friday, August 12, 2011 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home followed by entombment at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
