Carlos was a good friend and an early fellow video gamer. I regret being unable to make the viewing or funeral but pray for the best for his family and friends.

There are some people you work with that leave a giant impression on you.  Carlos was one of them. We worked on a few cases together.  I was glad whenever he was on my team.  Always kind, knowledgeable,  helpful and trustworthy.  He loved his family. 
His presence on this earth will certainly be missed.  


The world has lost a wonderful man.  You are in our prayers.  We love you!

Carlos was a wonderful person, I have very fond memories of working next to him at the Catedral De Guadalupe VITA site.  He was always ready to help with a smile, may he Rest In Peace 🙏🙏🙏

Carlos was a dear friend. We met at work a million years ago. He was a kind and gentle person. He was a good listener. Rest In Peace until we meet again. 

My dad at my graduation. He was extremely smart and often referred himself as a “Super Agent” . He thought me many financial things/concepts  and guided me throughout my graduate school. ❤️ He was the first person who I used to go to if I needed any help. He never failed me. 

I met Carlos in 2006 during CAS training in Texas.  He was a man of great Stature whose heart was even larger.  He opened up his home to us as a group during our Denton Days.  We became a very close knit group during that time.  He was and will always be a remarkable gentleman whose warmth and kindness will be greatly missed. 

Carlos, was a wonderful sweet man and my  friend for many years.  I had the privilege to work with him at the IRS office. He will be deeply missed, rest in peace my sweet friend. We will meet again someday.🌹

I am so grateful to have known you dear cousin ! May you now rest in peace in Heaven above.

Carlos was a treasured friend and co-worker. He brought positivity to our work days. Pride in his family was always on display. He will be deeply missed.

Carlos was my co-worker for the many years as we worked side by side on Windfall project cases.  We were close good friends during our working years, also while out of the Service--the IRS.
