Betty Sosebee passed away on January 1, 2011 and went to join her beloved husband Jack. She was also preceeded in death by her son, Jerry Pruitt. She is survived by her loving daughter, Lana Sosebee; step-children John Sosebee and Cindy Hardin; grandchildren, Ryan Seay, Justin Seay, Melinda Wilkinson and husband Rob, Zach Hardin, Andrea Merrit and Bill Sosebee; half-siblings, Rick and John Sitton and Rosemary Garrett and her dearly loved niece Denise Starnes. Betty and her husband Jack were successful in the restaurant industry in Dallas for decades. She was loved and respected by all that knew her and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, January 3, 2011 at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home. A private committal service will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
