Ana Maria Gonzalez Cruz

Ana was born in Cadereyta Nuevo Leon, Mexico on April 17th 1949, to Ventura and Virginia Gonzalez. Ana was happily married to Ernesto Alcorta Cruz and they had five children together.

Ana worked as a teacher's assistant for Dallas ISD for 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, going to Choctaw casino, and watching her novelas. She had the sweetest soul and was loved by many.

Ana is preceded in death by her mother and father, sisters Lorenza and Ramona, husband Ernesto Alcorta Cruz, and daughter Anita Marie.

Ana is survived by her sons, Ernesto Jr., Cesar and his wife Rebecca, Eric, and Javier; grandchildren, Becky Marie, Matthew, Amanda Michelle, Natalie, Victoria, Javier Jr., and Isaiah; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Nathan, Madison, and Avery; and her siblings, Santitos, Porfirio, Maria Elena, Maria Ascencion, Federicko, Guadalupe, Elvira, and Enrique; many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, April 25th, 2022 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022 at Calvary Hill North Chapel. Committal will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Ana Maria Gonzalez Cruz and family at Calvary Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery.
