Passed away on June 21, 2014 at the age of 55, he was born in Quelos Jalisco, Mexico, eldest of 11 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Trinidad Ramirez Martinez; his children and grandkids, Edward Gallegos and wife Lori, Erica Brito and husband Ronnie, Olivia Gallegos, Amanda Rios and husband Manuel, Eddie Gallegos, Bianca DeLeon, Vanessa Gallegos, Juan Jr, and Isaac Coronado, Abelardo and Anaiah Rios, Eric Moreno, Makayla, Shelby and Roxy Brito, along with other relatives and many friends. He worked at the Hyatt Hotel DFW for over 33 years. My heartfelt appreciation to the Hyatt Hotel DFW for their kindness and expression of love for my husband, Abelardo Martinez, "Poppy we love you and miss you so much, you will live in our hearts forever," Funeral service will be 4:00pm Friday June 27, 2014.
