Betty was one of my best friends while going to school, she always had a beautiful smile and had one of the greatest heart. After she had her accident her life changed but she always kept that smile. Afterward we lost touch. To Bruce her brother and her children, I offer my deepest sympathy.There is another Angel up in heaven watching over us.

So sad to hear of Betty's passing.  I was fortunate enough to see her again when Joanie passed in Feb., now I just know that the 2 of them are together again. Will always remember Betty for her kindness and love.

Je désire offrir mes condoléances à toute la famille de Betty Ann.
Étant jeune Betty venait visiter sa grand-mère Bernard à Eel River.Comme nous étions les voisins de Mad. Bernard, Betty Ann traversait nous voir.  On 
se balancait et on chantait. Elle adorait chanter. Pendant quelques temps elle organisait des danses le dimanche après-midi à la salle paroissiale d' Eel River. Avec son tourne disques, ses 45 tours sa guitare et ses chansons nous  passions un très bon dimanche après-midi. Elle fût une fille fonceuse et très courageuse à la suite de son accident. Je garderai toujours ses bons souvenirs de Betty Ann comme on l'appellait dans le temps.

Bruce; words don't come easy when you lose a sister, like I have recently.  My sincerest sorrow to you for the loss of your sister Betty, and Aunt to Rachel, Tracy, and Junior.  My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.

I write this with a heavy heart after losing my best friend.Betty and I grew up together in Darlington. We had lots of good times. She was a beautiful singer and played the guitar well. She had a lot of hardships after she had her accident in 1972 but she was a fighter. She loved people and when she would meet someone she knew she was so happy.REST IN PEACE UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN MY FRIEND.God bless the family.
