Clayton Charles Smith

Born in Campbellton, NB on March 15, 1946 to Guy P. Smith and Joyce Mackay. Clayton worked for NB Power Dalhousie Generating Station for over 25 years.

Clayton is survived by his wife Betty Ann (Lapointe), son; David (Lisa Thember) Airdire, AB, daughter; Shyanne (Jacques Bergeron) Dalhousie, NB. A brother, Preston (Betti Ann) Smith of St. Margaret’s Bay, NS. Two grandsons, Shane and Keagen Bergeron of Dalhousie, NB.

He was predeceased by his parents and one nephew Kristin Smith of St. Margaret’s’ Bay, NS. Aunts Nina MacDougall (Fredericton) Joyce Dickie, formally of Campbellton now of Sussex, uncles William Smith and Murray Smith of Wentworth, NS. Several cousins from across Canada.

Cremation has taken place; as per his request, there will be no visitation or service. A Summer burial is planned.
