My condolences goes out to Kapoor and his family . I still think of you  12 years later . I can still hear your soft spoken voice and kindness . I was going through my transition  back then . I went through so many consultation after you . Then , I decided I want you to  do my procedure. I was so nervous and you made sure that everything is going to be ok . Dr. Kapoor everyday that I look at my son, I think about you and what a beautiful surgery you performed on him.  I get so full just thinking about you,  and me not being able to call you out of the blue or on your birthday every year. You were such a  beacon of light, a beautiful soul that God created to bless others, kind, and gentle with a giving spirit.  I feel so blessed and fortunate to have met you & become friends with you.  Heaven is a better place now that you are there. With a heavy heart, I reach out to you, remembering Vishal whose departure four years ago still feels surreal. It's hard to believe such a radiant and kind soul could leave us so suddenly.
Vishal was more than a friend; he was a true companion whose presence made life brighter. His kindness, sincerity, and generosity have left an indelible mark on our hearts. We lost not just a wonderful person but a mentor, a support, and a source of endless joy.

Dr. Kapoor was one of the kindest human beings that I have ever had the pleasure to know. He was a brilliant and hard working man yet always considerate of each person. WOW!!! im in complete shock! my thoughts and prayers are with the family. He was an AMAZING DOCTOR! i called him the picasso of breast implants. He did my surgery when i was 22 and am now 34 with no reason to get them replaced. I was searching for him as my daughter wanted to get her boobs done, and the ONLY person i would trust is him! im heartbroken we lost one amazing, caring doctor. I remember telling him i wanted to go bigger and he advised me NOT to and to not seek another doctor suggestion and if in a year i wanted to then he will not charge me. Well a year passed and i didint want to, he knew what he was doing.

OMG!  Dr. Kapoor  was my son's surgeon back in 2012 and I  would call him every year on his birthday.   He would always say your so sweet for remembering my birthday, I can't believe you remembered. I called today as usual and the woman answering the calls said they no longer answer calls for Dr. Kapoor.  I asked why and she said her supervisor informed her that he had passed away.  I started 
crying in disbelief & asked her if she had the right doctor. 
When she said his first name I lost it.  I'm devastated and in disbelief! What a wonderful human being gone too soon.  I extend  my deepest condolences to his ex-wife, children & family.  May he rest in peace! Until we meet again my friend...

I am in shock, honestly. While seeing my doctor, he noticed  on my chart that Dr. Kapoor performed a surgery on me. He told me the news and I am so sad. I don’t understand. Vishal Kapoor made me feel like a personal friend. He went over and above to care for me. To treat me with such kindness. Honestly. I am one of many, obviously, who will miss this extraordinary human.  I will reflect on life, and the wonderful people who have passed through mine; who care for others without hesitation. I was looking up Dr. Kapoor's information this morning. I went to him when I was 62 and one other time for a consult. He was a very wonderful and caring man. He did a surgery on me and was so kind and a very caring physician. He took take care of me and I didn't worry about anything. I am shocked such a young man would die and leave his family. This loss is so tremendous to  his patients and his family. I feel that he was such a wonderful human being and dignified in all his interactions with patients. I am devastated for his family and their loss of such a loving father and husband and kind man to all that dealt with him. It's still shocking to even type this note to his family. His loss is tragic to anyone who has known him and so very shocking. Thank you and I hope that they do see this from one of his former patients.

I was a patient of Dr. Kapoor since 2012.  Since  day one I meet him, He become more than a doctor a friend of mine and my friends.  Dr Kapoor was very friendly, kind and sweet but at the same time very professional on his work .  I will deeply mIss him . Rest In Peace Dr. Kapoor...

When I first moved my Plastic Surgery practice to from New York to Beverly Hills, you were the only Plastic Surgeon to welcome me to this town with open arms.  Even through we had briefly met through a common friend randomly on the sidewalk in front of your office, you were always so kind to me.  You told me that if there was anything I needed, you would be available to help.  Whenever I would see you around town, you were always so generous to me.  I was always grateful for that.  I am still in shock and saddened for your parents and children.  I speak of you often in the operating room to others who knew of your kind heart.  Your memories continue to ring in the operating rooms around Beverly Hills.  Thank you for everything.

Dr. Kapoor was very kind, sweet, caring, gentle, and an amazing human being. I was very blessed to have had him as my doctor.  Every time, I would go see Dr. Kapoor for my appointments he always had this wonderful smile. Words cannot express how saddened I am to learn of his passing. I last saw Dr.Kapoor maybe 6 months ago. He looked good, maybe alittle tired.

I moved to LA from St.Louis in 2018. A month after moving I interviewed with Kati and found my new work home at Dr. Kapoor’s office. From the beginning Dr. Kapoor was so sweet, generous and kind. He would always buy the office lunch or take us out for happy hours. We all shared food and his favorite wine. He invited myself and my family to all of his wonderful parties and made us part of his life. He was an amazing man with such a big heart and contagious laugh, he will never be forgotten ❤️❤️❤️

Dear Vishal,

Truly in disbelief as I type this, but want you to know a few things. You are responsible for several great memories in medical school, and in my life. We even crossed  paths way back in high school when you were on the speech and debate team in El Centro. The first 2 years of medical school would have never been the same without you; for that, I thank you. Those were some of the best memories in my life. Meeting and knowing your  parents, as well, has always been a highlight for me during the medical school days. You have always been in my thoughts since medical school, and am saddened that our paths will not cross again, in this life. There are so many things to discuss and catch up from where we last left off. We will continue that when the time comes.

Brother... Not sure where to start. Im shook and saddened by this loss. You were one of the members of the "curry crew" in medical school. The countless parties you hosted at the Devonshire and then the Roxy afterwards were nothing short of amazing. You even hosted the crew at your parents house in La Jolla. I can still see your cute goofy laugh as you sing Regulate by Warren G. Your success as a surgeon was only exceeded by your generosity and gentle soul. I only wish I did a better job in maintaining contact throughout the years. I pray for your family and hope on time they can manage the pain of your loss. Vishal was one of the BEST people I have known in my life.

We met 25 years ago during medical school and his generosity and warmth were the traits that instantly drew people to him.  His honesty was refreshing.  He didn't mince words.  He said things straight up, no matter if it was "politically correct" or not.  I admired his candor.

I was honored to be his friend and to have watched him transform from the enthusiastic medical student to the highly accomplished surgeon and loving father.

I will miss you, my friend.
