Gale L. Huffman – Born July 29, 1956 in Inglewood, California to Grant and Grace Huffman. The family moved to Tacoma, Washington in 1959 where Gale lived until he moved back to California to live in Los Angles for the remainder of his life. Gale fought a hard battle with cancer which took his life on January 27.
Gale graduated from Fife High School and then enrolled in the University of Idaho in architecture. He later transferred to Eastern Washington University and earned a degree in Marketing and Business. Gale was a caring individual and gifted artist who loved sports, movies and getting together with friends.
Gale is survived by his Mother, Grace, of Portland, Oregon; brother Greg and wife Joy of Anchorage, Alaska; sister Gwyn Booth and husband Glen of Portland, and many nieces and nephews who he loved.
A memorial service will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church in Federal Way, Washington at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 16. Memorial donations may be made to the Tacoma Rescue Mission, Salvation Army or cause of your choice.
