Preston Lee Simms

Preston Lee Simms, 84, of Culpeper, VA passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024. He was born September 6, 1939 in Washington, D.C. to Clinton E. Simms and Alice Simms. Mr. Simms retired from the U.S. Postal Service and enjoyed Civil War research of the Battle of Cedar Mountain, VA. Surviving Mr. Simms is his wife Joyce Coon Simms and a sister Nancy Allen. He is preceded in death by his parents, his son Eugene C. Simms and two sisters and a brother. Funeral services will be private per the request of the family.
