He had a long and successful career in communication technologies, working for IBM, ROLM, and Seimens. Dave was a multifaceted man who will be remembered as a beloved father, brother, cousin, uncle, grandfather, and generous friend. He enjoyed playing guitar, working with his hands, singing with friends, fishing, eating, reading, watching YouTube, helping people, and sending gifts of seafood.
He passed on 3 October 2024. Dave is preceded in death by his parents, sister Elaine, daughter Cristin, nephews Bobby and Brian, and his cat, Kitty Boy. He is survived by his daughter Ashley, sister Carol (and Bill) Bowman, brother Thomas, niece Bonnie and family, nephew Jeremy and sons, nephew James, niece Evelyn, grandchildren Zoe and Conor, and his ex-wives Susan and Betty, with whom he remained close friends.
He will be interred in the Culpeper National Cemetery. A memorial will be planned.
