Graveside Services for Freda Gwendolyn Galbreath, who passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the age of 86, will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at New Mt. Zion Cemetery. Moss Service Funeral Home directing.
Freda was born on February 7, 1934 to J.W. and Lela Morton. She attended and graduated from Meek High School and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Helicon.
She loved working in her flower garden and was known for having a green thumb. She also enjoyed beautiful hummingbirds.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard Vernon Galbreath and sister, Hildridge (Herbert) James.
Her survivors include her children: Beverly (Richard) Meng, James Galbreath and William (Brooke) Galbreath; grandchildren: Jennifer, Katherine and Madison and four great grandchildren.
