Thomas Nathaniel Trask, of Fort Atkinson, WI, formerly of Fon du Lac, WI and Crystal Lake, IL, passed away March 20, 2017 in Fort Atkinson. Born April 6, 1954 in Woodstock, he was the son of Russell F. and LeElda M. (Kufahl) Trask.
Survivors include his brothers, Fredric (Barbara) Trask of Marengo, IL, Mark (Tracy) Trask of Fort Meyers, FL and John Trask of Crystal Lake, IL; aunts, Joyce Kufahl of Wausau, WI, Marie Kufahl-Krohn of McHenry, IL and June Harbath of Colorado; numerous nieces and nephews.
His parents preceded him in death.
