Carol A. Burke

She was born October 1, 1937 in Chicago to Edward and Agnes Orcutt.

Carol enjoyed various activities, including playing cards and puzzle books.

She is survived by her children, Ray Chapman, Pat Koch, Jim Chapman, and Brian Chapman; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm on Monday, April 30 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. The funeral service will be at 1pm.

Interment will follow at 2:45pm at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Arlington Heights.

Memorials may be made to the family.
