William ""Butch"" Hoffman, 58, passed away April 1, 2015. Beloved husband to Terri Hoffman; loving father to Zeroffos Hoffman of Dillsboro, IN., Kesia (John) Hoffman-Dye of Dillsboro, IN, Jessica Hoffman of Gary, IN. and Rebecca (Ryan) Rubino of Gary, IN; cherished grandfather to Ciera Hoffman, Zachary Brown and Dakota Probst; dearest brother to Jeff (Lorraine) Lynn of Camp Denison, OH., Jimmie (Robin) Lynn of Milford, OH., Michael (Missy) Lynn of Milford, OH. and Jody (Heather) Gilbert of Milford, OH. Butch was preceded in death by his adoptive parents Anton and Gladys Hoffman, biological parents William C. and Wilma Gilbert, brother Gary Gilbert and granddaughter Jasmine Lee Ann Brown. Butch will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
