Ronda Knee-Sixbey

Ronda R. Knee-Sixbey, 55, of Rochester, IN, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2024. Born March 1, 1969, Ronda was a beloved mother, wife, and grandmother, known for her nurturing spirit and radiant kindness.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Shannon Sixbey; her loving mother, Mary Cox; and her two cherished sons, Gregory and William. Ronda’s legacy continues through her granddaughters, Olivia, Nora, Jade, and Leah, who affectionately knew her as "Nana."

Ronda was an earthbound angel, a caregiver whose compassion touched all who knew her. She adored horses and found solace in worshiping the Lord at her church, where she spent many joyful moments. Her love for angels reflected her beautiful soul, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Ronda is preceded in death by her daughter, Marian, with whom she is now reunited in the Lord’s heavenly kingdom.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to help pay for funeral costs. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

A Visitation for Ronda will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307, followed by a Funeral Service from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
