Nancy L. Pittman

Nancy L. Pittman (nee Casdorph), age 74, of Dyer, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Leslie A. Pittman; three daughters: Tammy (Robert) Churak of Roscoe, IL, Kim (David) Pasek of South Lyon, MI, and Dawna (Douglas) O'Conner of Wichita, KS; two grandsons: Seth Frank of Dyer and Andy O'Conner of Wichita, KS; two granddaughters: Alyssa Pasek of South Lyon, MI and Kate O'Conner of Wichita, KS; one brother, Charles Bragg of Charleston, WV; three nephews: Steven Pittman of Hammond, Brian (Misty) Pittman of Crown Point, and Paul (Liz) Pittman of Hammond. Mrs. Pittman was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Bragg; and father, Elwood Casdorph. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Ave. (1/2 mile south of U.S. 30), Schererville, IN with Pastor Bob Parnell officiating. Burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Wednesday from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home. Mrs. Pittman enjoyed ceramics and embroidery.
