Mary E Tinney

Mary E. Tinney, age 95 of Munster, IN passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020. Mary is survived by her daughter Mary Lucy (Robert E.) Devine; many nieces and nephews, and step-daughter Elizabeth (Kenneth) Fallon. She was preceded in death by her husband William Eltinge Tinney Sr. Mary was a longtime member of General Federation of Women's Clubs. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 27, 2020 at 4:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN with Rev. Jacob Van Sickle officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (service time) at the funeral home. There will be a Graveside Service held Monday, September 28, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canine Companions for Independence, St Jude Hospital for Children or Alzheimer's Association. Please remember masks must be worn and social distancing observed for safety.
