Eileen Catherine Markley Toth

EILEEN C. TOTH HIGHLAND,IN. age 86, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2015 at Munster Med Inn with her loving daughter and son-in-law at her side. Eileen was born on May 13, 1928 in Hammond, IN to the late Raymond and Eleanore (Pyplatz) Markley. Also preceding her in death are her husband of 60 years, George Toth; her beloved daughter, Jodi "Sweet Angel" Toth; her sister, Dorothy Ann Smith; and brother, Raymond Markley. Survivors are Lori (Paul) Dust of Gurnee, Illinois , Bradford (Lee) Toth of Mesa, Arizona; grandchildren: Kristina, Brittani, Joshua, Zachary, Nicholas, and Maxwell. Mrs. Toth worked for years as a secretary for Atlantic Richfield of East Chicago. She was a selfless and devoted homemaker, and a generous and loving caretaker for her special daughter Little Sweet Angel, Jodi Ann. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Fr. Theodore Mens officiating at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 South Cline Ave.; Schererville, Indiana 46375).
