30 years of great memories God now has our jet

Art and I are so sad to hear about your dad's passing.  He will always be Jet to us or Sydney to Art!  It was always a pleasure to run into him with his warm, sincere smile and friendly conversation.  He loved Croton and your mom, Carol.  He missed her so terribly when she passed and it gives us some comfort knowing he's with her now.    Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time.

Jet was an important member of the Croton Harmon High  class of1958.  He was nice to everyone and a fun guy.  

Remember Pat although it has been many years since seeing him which goes all the way back to high school.  Pat always had a great positive attitude and manner to him.

The Harper family (Nancy, Bruce,Roxanne,,Russel) have the fondest memories of Jet Timmons and actually the whole Timmons family.  As children we were next door neighbors on Grand Street.  He was dear friends with our parents (Rose and Herb).  He loved life, loved people, loved us kids, very faithful , devoted family man .  As we grew into adults he reminisced about those days every time he saw one of us.  Always with a smile.  He loved his wife and loved his Children.  RIP Jet!  Another great one has gone to heaven.  🌹

I always enjoyed sitting with him talking sports, life and Croton, at dinner time at Bethel while my grandmother was there.  He was always quick with a smile and a laugh.

Jet Job a great friend to me and my Brother Robert. I remember how much he Loved Country Music especially Hank Williams. Rest In Peace old friend in the arms of the Lord.

Cathy and I send our deepest sympathies to Jet’s daughter, Sharon, and her son, Arnold, over the loss of her Father and his grandfather.
I had the privilege of bringing the Eucharist to Jet each week at Bethel.  Being retired I was also able to visit him daily at the home.  He really enjoyed talking about his wife, Carol, and their family.  He was very close to his brother, Bobby, and spoke of him often.  He made fun of his own lousy golf game but spoke about how very good Bobby and Paul played the links.
My biggest regret is that I could no longer visit him daily because of the Corona virus. His daughter couldn’t see him either so it was very sad that he died alone.  But then again he really didn’t because God guided him home to Heaven.
I miss you buddy.  Save me a seat up there next to you and Bobby.  God bless your wonderful soul.  Tim Higgins
