Richard W Shaffer Sr.

He was born September 16, 1940, in Charleston, the son of Harry and Rosa Shaffer.

Richard was a Master Pressman employed with WV Business Forms, which later became Syscan. He was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. He was a car enthusiast

He is survived by his children, Richard Shaffer Jr., Scott Shaffer and Candace Lee; and five grandchildren.

We will celebrate his life on the date of his birth, Sunday, September 16, at 3 p.m., at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home, with Celebrant HR Whittington presiding. Attendees will be invited to a reception immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Gathering of family and friends will be from 1 p.m. until time of service.
