Peggy Ann Matney 77, passed away September 13, 2024.
She was born in Charleston WV on September 18, 1946.
She was preceded in death by her husband Herman Clayton Matney, her mother Juanita Dawson, two brothers Michael Joplin and David Joplin and one sister Pamela Chapman. She is survived by three daughters Melissa Davis (Michael), Anita VanWay (Mark VanWay), Denise Matney. Grandchildren Johnathon (Hope) Tower, Brianna (Christopher) Lovejoy, Danielle Harper (James) .....one great granddaughter....., and Lilly Pennington. Multiple nieces and nephews with special mention to Donald Jones and Misty Chapman, and close family friend Joey Fields.
Peggy was loved very much and will be sadly missed but she will be reunited in heaven with her one true love, husband Clayton. May their souls rest in peace in our heaven above.
And honoring her wishes private services were held.
