Elbert Lester Marion, age 90, of Saint Albans, West Virginia passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024.
A gathering of family and friends for Elbert will be held Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a celebration of life at 1:00 PM.
