Sally Jo Ann (Winslow) Chase was born on January 21st, 1959 in Riverton, Wyoming to Larry and Dorothy (Ayers) Winslow. Sally spent her childhood in various places throughout the United States and had lived in eight different states at the time of her death. She graduated from high school in 1977 from Sacred Heart Academy in Grand Coteau, Louisiana. She met and married the love of her life, Scott Chase, on April 15th, 1978. They were married for 43 years and from the union came two sons Adam and Benjamin. Family meant everything to Sally and she was a diligent nurturer. She would go to great lengths to support Scott and their sons. When Adam and Ben were growing up she traveled all over the country to take them to their hockey tournaments and baseball games. She was very involved in the Green River Knights Baseball team in Green River, Wyoming. Sally was also devoted to her two grandsons Nicklas and Henrik (Hank) who affectionately called her Grammie. She adored her dogs who were part of her family as well. Sally enjoyed crocheting, traveling, antiques, and a good book. Sally passed away on June 7th, 2021 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her parents Larry and Dorothy Winslow. Sally is survived by her husband Scott Chase; sons Adam (Cheryl) Chase and Benjamin Chase; grandsons Nicklas Chase and Hank Chase; sister Amy Winslow (Syed Firasat Shah); brother Greg (Phyllis) Winslow; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 16th, 2021 at 11:00 am at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Craig, Colorado. Interment will follow at the Craig Cemetery.
