Emilio is survived by his son Joseph (Heather), grandchildren Joseph Jr., Brennan, Jalyn, Jasmine, Gabriel, Bentley, and Juliana; his sister, Yolanda (Robie), nephews Joseph Howard (Lisa), Mike Howard (Tracye), Troy Evans (Lisa), niece Nina Brooks (Jimmy), great nephews Joshua and Ryan, and great nieces Samantha, Melissa, and Megan. He was preceded in death by his sister Mildred Webb (Jesse) and parents Emilio Petrone, Sr. and Aleene Combs Petrone.
Emilio worked for the Washington Post as a production foreman for his entire career. He was an army veteran and he loved to bowl.
There will be a visitation service held at Grace Funeral Home, 450 Holy Trinity Dr Covington, LA, on Saturday February 11, 2023 at 2 PM. Visitation will begin at 12 PM.
A second visitation will be held in Brentwood, Maryland at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home on Monday,
February 20, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. A burial service will follow visitation at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, Maryland.
