Brian Dennis Clark

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brian (Rusty) Clark on May 12th, 2011 at the age of 72.

Brian was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on May 6th, 1939. He was predeceased by his father, Clifford, in 1984; his brother, Jim, in 1991; and his mother Betty, in 1997. Brian is survived by his wife, Darlene; children Tracey and Darryl; children Laura and Michael (Patricia) and grandson, Christian; sisters Susan (Denis) and Cathy (John); brother, Bruce (Pat); and numerous nieces and nephews.

He will be greatly missed, never forgotten; and lovingly remembered by all his family and many friends. A ‘Celebration of Life’ was held at the Comox Legion Monday, May 16, 2011 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CNIB or the Heart & Stroke foundation. I would like to thank Dr. McFadden, the Emergency Paramedics, all the doctors and nursing staff that took great care of my husband during his illness. A special than you to all our friends who brought food, sent flowers and sympathy messages, those who visited and were here for me and my family. A special thank you to Carolyn and Jane who were with me soon after Rusty’s passing.
