Mychal Mears Diane Bullard

April 21, 1988-May 15, 2012

Mychal was born in Santa Ana CA and was an Orange County resident all of her life. She completed her primary education in South Orange County, graduating from Tesoro High School in 2006. She also attended Saddleback College for women's studies and California Hair Academy to become an esthetician.

She was a stunning and unique girl right from the start. She grew up loving the outdoors, camping in the desert or the river and dancing to Madonna, Spice Girls and N'sync all over the house. She had a love of animals that occasionally landed her in minor trouble as she would from time to time bring home animals on a whim and without discussing it with anyone before hand. She is now reunited with her best friend Dakota who passed in 2008.

She is survived by her mother, Maria Tolley, father, Michael Bullard, step-mother, Pan Bullard, step-father John Tolley, sister Anastasia McBride, step-sisters Malayna and Hannah Tolley, step-brother Evan Tolley, paternal grandmother Myrtis Revell, paternal grandfather and grandmother Duane and Patti Bullard, nephew Morgan Murphy, aunts, uncles and many cousins, her fiancée, Leandro Silva, and her canine companions Layla and Jodie.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in her honor to Gentle Giants Rescue. This particular rescue made a gigantic impact on Mychal's life as she and her father adopted Great Danes from them. www.gentlegiantsrescue.com
