Esther married Victor Crouso on August 13, 1951 and started housekeeping in Washington, DC for the duration of Vic’s military service at the Pentagon. Vic preceded her in death on July 28, 2007. Esther was very active in civic and school functions as well as at her church, the West Lafayette United Methodist Church. She worked as a telephone operator in Coshocton before becoming a highly devoted wife, mother and homemaker.
