Dean graduated from Three Rivers High School, Coshocton, in 1962, and from Ohio State Barber College, Columbus. He was a licensed barber for 52 years, working in Columbus, Mansfield and Newark at Southgate Shopping Plaza.
Dean is survived by his daughter, Tresha Joan (Mike) Burwell, Newark; grandson, Jhet Ty Winston, step-daughter, Jodi; and siblings, Gene B. (Dee Lynn) Grace, Newark; and Max A. Grace, Windsor, CO; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joy; his sons, Troy Dean Grace and Ty Raymond Grace; step-father, Edward M. Warren, sister, Betty Grace Walters, and brother, Edward L. Grace.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 1:00 pm at Coshocton County Memory Gardens, Coshocton, Ohio. Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home, Coshocton, is serving the family.
