To the Harvey family 
My apologies for this late post. I don’t have any pictures to post just the memories I have of a great friend a good father,A son a brother and Finley a grandfather. My friend wore many hats.however the friend that I will never forget was a tell it to you straight walk outside the lines friend. May we all remember the best of a man…to the Harvey family and all who is felt this great loss….prayers…

My heart is heavy and my mind in disbelief. Randall so full of love, life, and laughter. Last time I saw him, all he kept saying was DON'T take my picture, I don't take pictures. So I don't have that captured moment but the memories and your explanations are hilarious. As lil Victor share with me the moments you touched his life and lessons you shared with him. I only love and miss you more. May you rest in Power. My beloved family may you rest in Power.

I'll miss my gd friend we had lots of fun fishing and lots of laughs at the crazy stuff I done, so until we meet you keep smiling down on us!

To the Harvey Family, 
We give all of you  our deepest condolences, especially to Big Herman that's what we all called Herman Sr.  in the neighborhood. To the family remember those who we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen and unheard always near, so loved so missed so very DEAR. Just remember the time you had with your son, brother, husband, father and grandfather.  Remember he looking down smiling and rejoicing walking around heaven with his mother and brothers. Our prayers are with all of you.

Wow!! I am just lost for words. My childhood friend gone to soon. Randal was my best friend, my first friend in the neighborhood who lived down the street from me. Growing up we did everything together being it was good or bad..lol but never in trouble. One thing I can say he always had my back didn’t go to a party or anywhere without him, we were like brothers, 2 peas in a pot with a third leg Leonard..lol. I would always find myself at there house and likewise Randal and Leonard at my house. There wasn’t a day we didn’t talk or see each other growing up, it was just something we did without even thinking about it. There was such a bond there I really appreciated. Even when I left CC and come home he would always keep me in the know ( in the loop) especially when it came to my family ( little brothers), He was just like that watching and making sure everyone was alright. I will miss him dearly, first all he was a good man, a good husband, a good father. good grandfather and most all a forever friend and brother. He was a person whom you enjoyed being around, someone you could talk with and would listen and give the best sound advice he could give. There was nobody like Randal, he will definitely be missed, Love you “MY BROTHER” will always be in my heart!!

Priscilla, Ashley, Karen & Ryan - my hearts go out to you.  I know it's been a while since we last had contact, but I think of you guys often.  I am saddened to hear of the passing of your beloved, husband/father/grandfather, Randal.  I remember when Ryan stood up in my daughter's quince and you and your family were part of that celebration.  I pray that you feel some comfort knowing that there are numerous people that love you and are ready to be here for you should you need anything.  Thank you for the kindness your family showed mine and for being a good friend/parent volunteer when I worked at Prescott.  Please reach out to me if you need anything.  My condolences to all.

Randal will be dearly missed by so many.  I met Randal years ago when we worked together and there was never a dull moment when he was around.  Full of jokes and laughs and stories!  He talked a lot about his family, kids, and grandbabies.  He loved his babies❤️  He was a gifted person who could fix almost anything, wise, and honest.....if you weren’t ready to hear the truth, Randal was not the person to ask.  You will be missed friend, until we meet again.

This is a hard pill to swallow my heart and sincere condolences go out to all of you. Randell was a really good friend of mine through the yrs. Pricilla if there's anything i can do for the family please don't hesitate to call or text me. On a lighter note, I remember when Randell & Pricilla met, my home boy was so happy and I was happy for him as well. We had a good friendship he would come over to my grandmother's house and we would talk about everything that was going on in our lives. He kept talking about this girl. Then I met Priscilla and we hit it off, I told him man she's really cool. Pricilla, I'm glad you made my friend happy and gave him his beautiful family. I know there was nothing he wouldn't do for you guys. We all have our time on this earth only God knows.  May my friend RIP Randell Harvey 

Hey family my uncle Randal was the best uncle ever had in my life I would see him every year and I hate that I will not being seeing him each year i have loved seeing my uncle and may my uncle Rest In Peace

R.I.P.    My brother 
I met this man when i worked for W.L.E. landscaping a few years ago.from the minute we talked we hit it off...And he's been family ever since...He will truly be missed....MUCH LOVE

I've know Randall and Priscilla both since Elementary school. He was a very cool guy with nothing but respect. My heart truly hurts for Priscilla and their children. May our good Lord give you all the strength you need at this time. He is now your guardian angel from up above. Look for signs that he is with you all. Please know that you are in my prayers always.

I am truly sorry to hear about the passing of Randal. He was a stand up guy who I always got along with. Sadly, I hadn't seen him in years, but I will always remember the good times we shared. My condolences go out to the Harvey family and everyone's lives he touched. 

Our hearts go out to Priscilla, Ashley, Karen, Ryan, grandkids and Harvey family for your loss. We are still in disbelief and in shock. Randal was Priscilla's high school sweetheart, Best friend and husband for over 30 years and she was always by his side. He was a great father and amazing grandpa to their six grandchildren.  They were his daily inspiration and motivation.  
One of Randal's daily routine included his daily visits with his sweet father Mr. Harvey aka Grandpa.  He laid the the foundation of family first and what is so special is that their children have their daily routines to come visit their parents.  The tough love he gave his children made them the strong individuals and great parents  they are. Love it! They took annual summer family vacations to the Frio River. It is so awesome to see how The Harvey family is surrounded by so much love by all who knew Randal. You may be gone from our sight but forever in our hearts.  With deepest sympathy as we remember Randal.. Until we meet again.
