Patsy was an active member of Mary Mother of the Church Mission/Parish. She was the teen ministry leader and taught CCD classes until no longer able. She was a kind and compassionate person. She lived, she laughed and most of all she loved.
Her spirit was great, her fight was short, but though it all she knew him and loved him. Patsy knew that God carried her and would comfort her. In her words, “I am willing to carry the cross”, and that she did. We will miss her shinny eyes, bright smile, and contagious laugh. We will cherish her forever.
Patsy is survived by her family, her loving and devoted husband of 5 years, Luis Trevino; two sons, Ramon W. Munguia and David L. Trevino; her parents, Ms. Gloria D. and Juan L. Munguia, brothers, Reggie (Toni) Munguia and Raymond (Denise) Munguia; sisters, Janie (Juan) Diaz, Becky M. Lopez (Mike Villarreal), Melissa (Alberto) Montiel and April Munguia (Carlos Lopez); seven nieces, thirteen nephews, four grandnephews and three grand nieces, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and five godchildren.
A sincere thanks to aunt Barbara and family for their great help and support during our time of need. A special thanks to everyone and Vista Care Hospice for the wonderful care provided and thanks to all of Patsy’s lifelong friends.
