Manuel Sandalio Treviño

He was born in Dallas, TX on April 2nd, 1945. He graduated from North Dallas High School, attended Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, and served as a corpsman in the United States Air Force.

He was married to Nancy Henshaw in October of 1979.

Manuel had a successful career in sales, from cars, to medical supplies, to books. He became affectionately known as the “Book Man” within the local South Texas school districts and truly enjoyed the interaction with his customers. He retired in 2019 to take on his new role as grandpa.

He had a passion for hunting, fishing, golf, his family, his country, and God.

He was preceded in death by parents, Manuel and Dolores Trevino, and wife, Nancy Trevino.

He was survived by daughter Anita Trevino and son Manuel (Manny) Trevino, grandson Manuel (Sonny) Trevino, sister Jean Trevino, and brother Robert Trevino.

Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM with Holy Rosary recited at 1:30 PM. Funeral Service will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home at 2:00 PM with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Full military honors will be rendered at graveside.
