Lydia R. Ramirez Ramos

Lydia was a long time resident of Corpus Christi and was a member of Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church for 50 years. Lydia was a loving grandmother to everyone and had a big heart. She was a home health provider and a domestic housekeeper, caring for many families until her retirement. She was very much loved by everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Ramos; two sons, Alfredo Ramos and Robert Ramos; three daughters, Celia Ramirez, Jesusita Ramos and Maria Ramos.

Lydia is survived by her children, Maria G. (Lupe) Villarreal (Rafael), Delia Amaya (Arturo), Martha Garcia (Rudy), Ofelia Padron (Rudy), Rosie Garcia (Joe); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will held on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
