He is preceded in death by his son, Leopoldo Cantu, Jr.; parents, Juan and Tomasa Cantu and numerous siblings.
He is survived by his daughters: Yolanda Gomez, Nelia (Steve) Torres and Cindy (Scott) Wilson; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mari De Leon.
Visitation will be help from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2013 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
