Jane C. Torres

She was born on July 25, 1924 in Beeville, Texas. Jane is preceded in death by her parents, Esteban and Romula Carrizales; one brother and three sisters.

Jane leaves behind her family to cherish her memories; her loving and devoted husband of 68 years, Louis Torres, Jr.; two daughters, Maria Elena (Albert) Torres and Diana (Alex) Perez; four grandsons, Alex Perez Jr., Gabriel (Norma) Perez, Albert (Shelby) Torres, Jr., and Michael Torres; four great grandsons, Michael J. Torres, Travis R. Torres, Gabriel Luis Perez and Elias Daniel Perez; sister, Frances Rodriguez; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2014 at Holy Family Catholic Church with internment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

The family would like to give a special thank you to all the nurses and staff at Senior Care Center for their loving care.
