Jacqueline Kelley

She married Bill Kelley and they had just celebrated their 73rd anniversary on 23 October 2021.

Jackie was very caring and supportive for all who knew her. She was strict, but loving, as they raised their son, Steve. She seemed to be an expert in the art of mix and match in her clothing. So much so that many regarded her as a fashion plate wherever she went.

She loved working with children and helping people. In the early years of their marriage, she worked in Retail and was the Lady’s Sportswear Supervisor in the Frost Store here in Corpus Christi during the 70's.

She focused on keeping her house clean, seemingly worried that any speck of dust would show. Her Carrot cake was tasty and many looked forward to it, particularly during the holidays. She enjoyed cooking and had an exceptional skill in meal preparation. Many people admired the way she could organize and still have time for others, particularly children.

Jackie loved the Lord and was ready to meet him. God is good!

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Second Baptist Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.
